1.  1:30 - 2pm Council decision on adoption of Fish and Wildlife Program Findings:  John Shurts, general counsel; and Sandra Hirotsu, senior counsel. The Findings on the 2009 Fish and Wildlife Program have been sent under separate cover along with the AEERPS paper. Depending on the feedback received from Council Members and state staff, we anticipate a vote on the adoption of both pieces can be taken at the June meeting.

4. 3:15 - 3:30pm Update on Anadromous Subbasins Monitoring and Evaluation Workshop:  Tony Grover, director, fish and wildlife divison; Nancy, Leonard, fish, wildlife and ecosystem monitoring and evaluation manager; and representatives from BPA, CBFWA and NOAA.
     We will update the Council members on progress toward developing a series of regional monitoring and evaluation workshops within the anadromous salmon migration areas of the Columbia Basin. The workshops are preliminary to a focused workshop on developing a proposed strategic and comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework for the anadromous subbasins within the Basin.
