Update on status of supplemental Biological Opinion:  Ritchie Graves, NOAA Fisheries, Sarah McNary, Bonneville Power Administration, Rock Peters, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Kate Puckett, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation will update the Council on the recently released Supplemental Federal Columbia River Power System Biological Opinion. The supplement incorporated the Adaptive Management Implementation Program (AMIP) and some other new elements to the 2008 FCRPS Biological Opinion. The presenters will discuss how the AMIP was included and additional changes to the BiOp.
