Request for Proposals: Regional Conservation Progress Survey

The RTF is seeking a contractor to complete data collection and analysis for its annual Regional Conservation Progress (RCP) report. Every year, the RTF conducts a survey of the region's utilities, NEEA, and the Energy Trust of Oregon to gather information on energy savings and expenditures. This year, the RTF is seeking data for 2017 program savings and expenditures. The findings of this data collection inform the Council on the region's progress against the Seventh Power Plan conservation goals and, this year, will be a direct input into the Council's Seventh Plan Mid-Term Assessment.
