This meeting is to review and seek feedback on the proposals for:

1. The creation of a crosswalk between the current RTF UES Weatherization Insulation values and ETO's recent evaluation results 
2. The weighting of ETO's evaluations for an adjustment factor of the current RTF UES Weatherization values based on regional program design
