The focus of this Research and Evaluation Subcommittee meeting will be on the development of a Research Strategy to accompany a measure for engine block heater controls that is currently being developed by the RTF. In the meeting materials to the right are the Draft Research Strategy that we will be reviewing with the Subcommittee, along with the presentation for walking through the materials.
