This meeting will review updates to the research strategy for the Residential Electronic Thermostat measure, as well as to the corresponding measure specification that the research strategy addresses. The current measure is specified as the upgrading of all line voltage thermostats in a home from bi-metal to electronic. We will be proposing to add line voltage communicating thermostats to this specification as well.
